Where is my order?
Your order will go through a few phases: Pending, Shipped, Shipping, Completed

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you did not receive this email, please contact us with your name and address so we can get you that information. If you need to adjust your order, this is the time to do it.

Items will ship as soon as they are available. You can always contact us regarding stock questions and order updates. Once shipped, tracking numbers may not update until they reach your country. Due to the current status of international shipping, this could take weeks! Once we ship the package, it is out of our control.

Once the item has reached your country, shipping should proceed as normal, and you can expect to receive the item fairly quickly after that. Tracking numbers will update only once it reaches your country! This could take weeks!

Once the last item has shipped, we will mark your order complete. Your order will be marked complete before you receive the items, this simply means that we've done everything we need to do and your items are being processed by mail couriers.
