Is my personal information kept secured?

All payment and shipping data presented by our clients is kept secure and classified. Only approved personnel have access to this data.

 

Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?

You may cancel your order before payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, Orders are normally processed immediately after checkout.

We cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team.

We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

 

How do I process a return?

Please contact our customer service at [email protected].

Please give us a detailed description of the issue as well as a photograph of the faulty product.

We normally respond within 48 hours.

Do not return the product until we have finished the process.

 

How long it takes to get my order?

All pillow cases will be printed after your order.

Typically, when you place an order, we need 1-3 days to prepare and ship out.

Once shipped, you will get the tracking number via email and you can expect delivery in 2-3 weeks on average.

If your order above $100, we can make a fast shipping with DHL. For DHL, you can receive your items within a week usually.

Note: The processing may take longer than usual due Holidays

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
All returns and/or exchanges must be initiated here.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to place the order.

Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.

All returns and exchanges are processed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse.
